Thought I would give a "how do."
I am currently in study (independantly) of Philosophy, Sociology.... and I must say just a bit of free internet porn.. LOL! There is some twisted stuff out there... amazing what some people will do to themselves.....
Any ways... if you care to have a go with some chess, look me up.... If my games aren't full, I'll probably be game...... Especially if you happen to be an attractive young(?) female with enough on the ball to have a kick ass game. I really can't say I like the "De Bergerac" chess types.... those who rely on the guidance of someone else during a game.... it's kind of like cheating isn't it?
What are the particulars with the "clan" aspect of red hot pawn? Seems like a fairly cool thing....

It's considered cheating to receive advice from anyone during a game, and you'll find not many people bother. This site is a strong 9/13, and you'll no doubt enjoy playing here.
To join a clan one must be a member, I'm afraid. That's not really a purposeful restriction; with 6 games, you won't be much use to any clan leader.
The clan particulars are simple enough. Find a clan leader willing to take you in (a few good porn sites might help your case here), and then set yourself as available. Then, before you know it, you'll have as many games as you wish against similarly rated opposition. Clans are an easy and effective way of picking up competitive games, and if you're lucky there will be a bit of team spirit to spur you on.

Some personal insight;
I don't adhere to Darwins theory of evolution. I don't think that humans stemmed from apes, especially in a linear sense. There is much to support this in recent molecular findings of similarities between species. I feel that any similarities between humans and animals are due exclusively to the human influence on THEM.
I feel that many animals have influenced one another as well, much in the same manner.
