inactive players.

right-i am 5 thousandth position rating wise. i was in the top couple of
thousand but then dropped below 1200, and my standing plummeted!
however, i have played less than 1000 moves and am 479th (i think)
on the most active players standings. couldn't there be a big clearout
of inactive players, cause they're hogging a whole load of names
etc.???

If names were deleted it would cause problems with accessing
old/history games

Not only this it would destroy the ratings system as far as I can tell...

all those players that have never played a game, and are still stiiing
at 1200.
