I don't think it is really fair to compare to the two to each other. Both standalone as excellent films. Nemo, to me, was a basic formula "Disneyesque" movie with everyone looking very "doe-eyed" at the end. It was very sweet.
The Incredibles was much more edgier and topical. Similiar to the Xmen movies and some of the popular graphic novels, they have had to deal with being social outcasts and mediocrity. Yeah there was a sweet message in this movie too but it was much more sophisticated.
To me, both stand on their own and don't deserve to be pitted against each other: tie 😏
