Wow. I read the first page of "The Matrix" and I have never caught any of that stuff- and I've seen the movie more times than I can count.

Here's one that should be obvious when you watch the movie over...and over...and over:
"When Neo comes to work he glances at the name of his company. The sign says Metacortex. When Neo is running from the agents there is a sign on the back wall which says Meta Cortechs."
