@lemondrop saidNo. The word "natural" in the collocation "natural disaster" differentiates such disasters from man made ones. "Crime" is a man made activity. Non-humans cannot commit "crimes". A herd of wildebeest stampeding through a village and killing dozens of people would be a "natural disaster", I'd say, unless the animals were deliberately triggered to do it, in which case it would be a "crime".
