I am sure there must be someone who is fit to be a personal trainer on the site!

I had a personal trainer for 2 years at Goodlife, who use to be a bouncer over in Newfoundland and worked in one of the taverns on water street, if you are familiar with it. If not Some bad dudes in that area. He was fit but still working out every day, then would rest on Saturday and Sunday.

I found out many of my exercises I had been doing wrong. Especially the plank where you try to strengthen up the core of your body. Other exercises with the weights I hadn't been doing correctly for years.

I used to have a personal trainer.
She was great and kept me off the sauce. Well it did when I had her the
following day.
However I don't think FMF would want to be a personal trainer.
Not in fitness anyway.

You're right. I would lump a lot of forum-posting qualities that I have together and call the course "FMForum life skills". Being measured, thoughtful, sometimes funny, creating good content, starting interesting threads, being unflappable, not 'rising to the bait', not 'replying in kind', not stalking anyone from thread to thread and from forum to forum... and several more of my attributes.

So all of a sudden you are going to quit baiting people? I can see you making a change over night. 🙂
