...to take the skulls? They look so tempting.

Well, the other player wasn't rude or anything, but I was up material and figured if the skull
is there, how bad can it be? I probably might possibly have won anyway, right?

I take them if when, after several PMs, I get no response. If you're in a clan and have games skulled I used to take them too as they were for a team not me as an individual. Must look and see what % I won via this method.
Edit: Looks like just under 11%

Take them, crush them and snort the dust. It is rude not to.

Technically is a game still in progress if you haven't skulled them?

Somehow I don't think it is, but not really sure. If I see a scull it would be over quick, because I would bet they would skull me. And I like to play within the rules and part of the rules is the time limits agreed upon before the game starts.

But I would probably send a PM even though they already have an automatic reminder. I just wouldn't feel right if I found out they were in the hospital or something.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one taking skulls.

Taking a skull is not rude.

In my opinion it is rude to play a game and then stop moving within the time limits. (unless you're really sick or dead or something)

In our regular games the presence of the skull does not end the game until it is clicked. Clicking the skull is still just an option. That's a nice feature and allows for a more friendly game where you can continue to wait longer if you want.

Only a heartless SOB would claim a timeout win. But being a competitive chess player, you must be a heartless SOB.

I miss bowman if for nothing more than that one quote. He had many good ones but that one has lasted. 😏

Please pal, edit your post to something sensible before Suzi and co. rip you a new one, or widen the existing one. 😛
