if i was a mexican wrestler i would be "el tortilla". i would have an off yellow cape and when i had the other guy down on the mat i would drag him over to the cape and then roll him up in it.

It was somewhere around 1900 when Pro Wrestling was "rigged."
Before that there were several real matches, that went on for hours and hours and were usually draws. The crowds got smaller and smaller, because who wants to watch a drawn match for several hours. So the promoters started rigging choreographed matches that were more exciting to watch. That saved the "sport."
Now it is more of a sports exhibition rather than a sports competition.

The best was being in line at D'Angelo's and a guy ordered the large lobster grindah and clam chowdah. He bellies up to the counter... they hand him the sandwich and soup and say, "That will be $23.75".

The guy about fell dead.
