The more I read in these forums, the more confused I become. Should I claim wins on timeout, should I send a reminder, what if it's a tournament game, etc, etc, etc.
Well I really blew it. The last person I would want to claim a win on, is Russ.
Why does this matter you ask? Because, I was going through my games, saw 2 time outs on a tourney, and claimed them. They were both Russ. Maybe he doesnt care, but now I feel, well, pretty bad.
Sorry Russ. Feel free to reinstate the games with your all powerful admin access. Or, just claim the wins back for yourself, and send my rating to zero.

Anyway, for myself I'll send a reminder smetime after the time limit passes and then consider timing them out after a week. If I know them well I'll just leave the game be until they're able to get back on.
