Just goes to show how rapidly RHP has grown in the last few years. I wonder, if you listed all correspondence chess sites by numbers of players, how would we rate? Amazingly, RHP's profile on Google isn't that great... it's only 10th for online chess, and under correspondence chess it appears on page 4. Everyone who has a website, do your bit by linking to RHP!

Matches between a RHP team and teams of other chess-sites might give an answer as to whether our RHP ratings are too high or too low in comparison with the ratings on other sites.

However as NicolaiS stated,RHP players seems to be better:I played 11 games on Game knot and now I've a 1347 rating(!!) ,I won my first 7 games (includind a 6 moves mate with a bishop)and started with a p 1464!!!!!!On RHP I never reached this levels and I guess it's because RHP users are more experienced while Gameknot's are not good as their rating shows.
I don't really know if RHP ratings are calculated too low or is ELO rating exagerated................any thoughts?
i love the way rhp advertises-over 60'000 players! there's over 70'000, but the other advert is probubly closer to the truth as many will be inactive. but we you never know...all mgiht be active!
but GK-advertises 147'415 players, and 52'533 games in progress...so-say an average of 10 gaems per player? go figure...

I'm curious to know the daily average number of players on RHP......I guess they are thousands........... 🙄
