I am ordering an Italian Grindah.

Here is my criteria:

Black olive
Onion
Hot pepper
Provolone cheese
Oil / Vinegar

Toasted well done.

Will they get it right?

The meat is a given.

Cooked Salami, Genoa Salami, and Ham.

The only change I made was my list of veggies and NO Tomato and Lettuce.

Why is it called an Italian? I don't know. That's standard around here for the sandwich.

Sounds good if you'd leave out the olives, onion, hot pepper, oil and vinegar, and of course the unmentioned meat. And I might want to replace the cheese with some other cheese, but maybe provolone would be fine, too (I don't think I have ever tried it).
