Just to see if I understand correctly -- you got a warning to stop doing something. Given the choices (a) stop doing it and keep posting otherwise, (b) keep doing it and be banned, and (c) leave the forums and never post at all -- you've chosen (c)????? He was making users look like they said things they did not say.
He was making it look like posts were being removed.
He was warned, and couldn't stand that his brand of fun was a bad idea and blamed me.
He said BF wouldn't have done what I did, and cried to him. Or as you say, he cried like a monkey.
When he heard back from BF, he didn't like what he heard. He was still wrong on the subject of what he was doing.
He kept doing what he was doing after being warned by 2 moderators now, myself and BF.
He didn't want to listen to us, so Russ had to contact him. That’s 3 reps of RHP who had to tell this user what he was doing wouldn’t be tolerated.
He was being a baby, throwing his toys from the pram... now I guess he's out of toys.
If anyone has any problems with any posts by any users, click that alert mod button. There are usually 6 or so RHP users with the power to remove posts and clean up threads if there is a problem. I'm not doing this all on my own you know.
If you feel alert system is for tattles or whatever, that’s your opinion. No one should be surprised when posts are removed here or there, you just move on and try not to do the same thing again. If you keep doing the same thing, you get more posts alerted, and it could even lead to a ban from posting.
Russ is a big boy, and can make his mind up for himself. He sees everything the mods see, and he reacted. I’d prefer to not even post in this thread, but the things you say fly in the face of Russ and RHP, and you don’t even know what happened.

Yes, alert mod is for tattlers, and it seems to be used for offenses far less severe than some of those committed by the tattlers.
