Junior vs Fritz match

Anyone have junior or fritz and willing to have a match with them? the article in chessbase says junior is much more daring and if u pit the two versus each other u'll see exactly what me mean..junior like sacrificing to start an attack.... i'll like to see exactly how different they really are...

I have junior 9 and fritz 8. I'm willing to use one of them in a match but we need to set up time controls for the engines. If you have both of them you could just do an engine match by yourself though.

I don't have both... I have chessmaster 10000 and deep fritz8 and i have pitted the two versus each other several times.... chessmaster 10000 running on a 2.4 Ghz vs deep fritz 8 running on 800Mhz...they're about equal then, but fritz on a faster computer would waste chessmaster...anyways have u play junior vs fritz before? is it really that different? i'd be intrested in u're junior vs fritz match

Yeah, I've played Junior vs Frits many times before and they are quite different. All other programs are very materialistic, but Junior values position quite a bit. Junior is a very fun program to watch. I think in general, junior wins more of the games, but it isn't a substantial number. The real value in junior is his unique and human-like evaluation, and the exiting attacking play.

we could just decided what time is good and then play some quick blitz games on there?
