Two men arrange for four masked-men to beat up another.
The man is kicked, punched and thrown down a 4 metre
embankment. He breaks 3 vertebrae in his neck and has to
wear a neck brace for 3 months.
The two organisers of the cowardly attack plead guilty to
causing grievous bodily harm but refused to name their
four colleagues in black .
The men were given suspended sentences.
Why?
