I had it too, Rusty, and I'm in Australia, but the problem went away while I slept.
Perhaps it was lag then. Perhaps Russ will know the answer.

Rusty, did you upgrade to Windows 11?
Not yet, I am staying with 10 for now. I stuck with the old window 98 for a few years after they stopped sending the upgrades. That might be very well the worst windows I ever had. Oh and I am counting before the upgrades stopped.
