I don't know/can find what "Boileau" means, so it's probably slang.

I think it says something about talking to hear the wind blow. Either that or something about passing gas.😀

Since "Boileau" Is only word after a period, I'm guessing it is a quote from him/her.

"There are people who talk & talk until they finally have something to say".

And I think it was the french writer Boileau who said that.
