Anyone read any of John Le Carre's latest? I haven't been able to work my way through any of his more recent ones.

I've read all but the last one. That was is on reserve at the library. He moved someahat away from espionage to more charcater studies. Concepts such as what makes a man flawed.

Do you like his earlier books?

Love the earlier ones. Also liked The Little Drummer Girl, The Night Manager and Our Game. Didn't care too much for Absolute Friends though it was well written.
Read about a third of the Mission Song and The Tailor of Panama but haven't finished them.
