Phlab isn't so bad once you get past his rich mahogany cologne (it's not just for offices anymore!).
He's kind of like a Walnut. Once you get through the hard, tough, efficiently strong exterior, you get to the crumbly, nutty flavored interior. Except with hands and a sense of irony, of course.
