I think if you use it correctly you shoulnt have too much of a problem with it. When downloading music look for the right sized files 3000-8000kb. Movies are a bit more dodgy.

I scan all the music i get with AVG(free) right out of the destination folder before I play it first. Has saved me a couple times.
