I don't like the way some of the food joints prepare the oysters, the cooks (chefs) ruin them!!
Then the tourists come in looking for some fresh seafood and are disappointed and say the seafood sucked...Odds are it was the way it was cooked.
OF course he didn't say that he ate the oysters at the 5 Fisherman, only that he had ate them once!
Personally I have never ate at the 5 fisherman, but it does have a good name, last I heard...Again it has to do with who is doing the cooking. 😉

Listen there not my cooks. 😛 But yea in some cases the Cooks don't know what they are doing. You would find most places in Nova Scotia, certainly know how to cook there seafood, don't jump to conclusions.
