Right, i have just circulated a PM to all the people who have registered an interest in this meeting. The message below is what i have sent out. If you haven't recieved a PM from me, but you are interested in coming to the Wargrave Arms in London (England) on either the 19th or 26th of November to meet some fellow pawn stars, please follow the instructions below and then send me a PM to let me know you are interested in coming.
Greetings Wood pushers!
I would truly love to be publishing details of the London meet in this post, however we have hit a problem that i really wished would be resolved by now. The vote has not given us a definite date! So, i respectfully request that all those who intend to come, please help me out here. We are down to two possible dates...
(Vote can be found here: http://www.chessatwork.com/vote/vote.php?voteid=8)
1.19th November
2.26th of November
The vote allows people to make TWO choices, but as we are now down to only two dates, i would really appreciate it if you could modify your vote to just ONE of these dates. Please don't select any other date, than the date you intend to attend.
If for any reason you cannot make it on either of these two dates, please REMOVE both your votes so we can hopefully come to a definite decision. I will ask Russ to close the vote on Monday 17th of October, at which point i will take the winning day as final and make arrangements for that day. My apologies to those of you who have been waiting for details all this time. I really want to get a day that will suit everyone but this is obviously impossible. Once the vote is closed, i will circulate details either on Monday or Tuesday next week so we can all keep the day free.
Look forward to seeing as many of you as possible!
Have a groovy day
James~>
EDIT: If you can make both days, could you please remove all of your votes so that those who can only make one day get a better chance of making it. Thanks 🙂

I can't believe how close this vote is!! Once i see that all of the other options dwindle to zero i'll be happy that everyone is aware of what's going on. I have a feeling some people who voted haven't been checking the forum lately...
Originally posted by StarrmanI only have 35 names on my list, the other people who voted are obviously just messing the vote up. It's a pity, but there's no way for me to tell who's taking it seriously and who's just being a "%$£%.
