But if He had chosen to come down from that Cross He would not have Saved us from our SINS!
At the interview he gets asked if he's been looking for work, what he can do etc.
Jesus: I'm the son of god
Clerk: Sorry no call for them just now us Roman's have got loads, anything else?
Jesus: Well I suppose I can do a bit of carpentry.
Clerk: that's more like it - we really need them. I've got a job in Rome that pays 1 piece of silver / month or I've got another in Jerusalem at 30 pieces.
Jesus: Oh I'll tax the one in Rome - last time I was in Jerusalem I got hammered with tax.

My parents never told us santa was real, other then the legend he was designed on. Saint Nicholas. I often thought that if you're a christian and you teach your children to believe in the easter bunny and santa you're doing them a disservice. When they get older and learn that santa is'nt real, and the easter bunny is made up it reflects poorly on the other ...[text shortened]... out planting seeds of doubt in a child's mind.
Sorry just off on a tangent here.

Going off subject? That has nothing to do with what we are talking about.🙄
Not off topic after all.

This response to my post makes no sense that I can discern.

The strangest thing happened with my 3 year old, we just sent her letter to Santa up the Chimney and within a minute the phone rang to say that we could collect her present the next day.
I told her that it was the elves workshop saying that her order was confirmed.
