The Ocean Water is where it is. I left it there as it just further complicated things. And I still don't see your estimate.

I meant, you can't just remove that much material from the Earth itself. It has to come from somewhere.

theoretically, meteor showers, but as i only came into the argument half way, i don't know if that helps much 😕
