Lowest rated player on RHP?

So far, in a year and a half, I have never seen a player rated lower than this one.

Somehow managing to get below 500, almost even below 400, which I didn't even know was possible. Anyone else seen this low or lower rated players here?

Friends don't let friends start 250+ games.

Learn to spell before using big words. Also he started at least 280 games and then left the site, that is what happens if you do that.

I've played this guy four times. OK, I won them all, but no way is this a realistic rating. He was good enough to get into the final round of the tournament and I think finished runner-up. So he's not the worst at RHP by any means. Why the rating is so low is a mystery I guess.
