Hit enter too soon - sorry.

When I look at the MAP table the order does not seem to be ranked
by number of moves made - confused, can anyone explain please

The formula is...

Posted by Chrismo [04 December 2001 14:51]

ROUND (moves_made / ((seconds_since_last_move /
seconds_in_a_week) + 1))

If you have just made a move, your activity rating is equal to the total
number of moves you have ever made on the site. If you haven't
moved for a week, your rating will be half of the total number of
moves you have made on the site. And all the variations in between,
before and after the week.

As time from last move made progresses other players who have
moved more recently can and often swap positions. This happens with
me and Rhymester everynight now.
But as soon as I make a move in the morning, I'm back in #1.
