It's that time of year, but when I try to update my credit card info, I can't even get past the page where I have to confirm my email address, no matter what possible email address I enter. Anyone else encountered this problem, and any suggestions?

Just use the send feedback button at the bottom of every page. Explain the problem. They will sort it out in no time.
