All over the world women are menstruating. The term itself is fused with double standards, for example, why does it begin with the word men? I think it should begin with women, womenstruating, or even better, and more respectfully, ladystruating.
A ladystrual cycle is a recurring physiological change in a lady's body that is under the control of the reproductive hormone system and necessary for reproduction. Ladies cannot help but do this! Do not blame yourself for bleeding or you will only enter a mythical spiral of despair and gloom, ending only when you manage to spawn children or get cats.
We need to be educated about these things, I feel that for too long the ladies have suffered these cycles in silence and this is a game where nobody is a winner. You see! What's good for the goose! I've said 2 cents and I'm not going to beat about the bush any longer.
