Here is something seldom talked about. Has anyone else noticed this before?I noticed on a video my buddy had, that Tal had a deformed right hand. I could freeze the frame and clearly see he had two huge fingers instead of the traditional four. I also noticed on this video, that was a world's blitz championship, that Tal played with his left hand, and concealed the other one to some extent.

Seriously now, yes, it is true. He would play mostly with his other hand, but sometimes, he used his 'claw' on purpose to make an intimidating move, especially against a player he didn't know well (or who didn't know him well), but meant it as a joke. This being said, this exceptional genius and extremely gentle person deserves to be remembered above all by his chess. I have had the honour of meeting him, and will never forget this.
