i think dried mint will do an ok job, but if you like it a lot, consider growing some in a pot for next time. that way, you'll have fresh mint on hand whenever you want it.

I have a cunning plan. Dress up in a suit and turn up to an indian resteraunt pretending to be a health inspector (the suit will give you credibility). Ask where their herbs are and take a few mint leaves as a sample to test but tell them they have passed otherwise.

Its a plan with no drawbacks.

Apart from a couple of big ass KPs playing Kabadi on my backside, when they look at my Library card, and see it's not a health and safety ID 😛
