In the last few days any e-mail i receive containing photos does not display the pics. There is a large box where the photo should be and inside the box is a smaller box with a red x
Can someone tell me how to open up the photos please.
Using Yahoo mail, explorer7 & windows xp
Thanks
Ask the sender to send the email again, this time to your new gmail adress.

I normally use Thunderbird to handle my email, and once in a while someone sends me pictures that will not open with that program. I can sometimes open it by switching to a different email program such as outlook express and then going back into my isp mailbox.
One other possible option is to right-click on the picture file name where it is listed on the email as an attachment and see if there is an option to save it or detach it from the email. If you manage to do this, pay particular attention to where it will be saved to on your machine so you can locate it later.
