Must of had something to do with the Original poster naming someone as a cheat. That is not allowed and shouldn't be. It is the moderators duty to check into those matters. We are not to name and shame. It makes the moderators duty much more difficult. The player was not qualified or authorized to make that Judgement. There are proper ways of reporting suspects. The public forums are not the way. If it was also a chess question it was also placed in the wrong forum. How would you feel if you were branded a cheat by someone without the proper evidence. The moderators did the right thing to close the thread. IMO. They did a Good job as was expected.
