He's a sell out. Don't you remember when he left Seattle? He only did it because the other team offered more money. Hes a greedy, backstabbing, traitor. And his scores can't change that.
Originally posted by rwingettI will say one thing... Schilling wanted to come to Sox and took less money doing so. Sox could not find enough cash for A-Rod, and he is well worth what he is asking. Yankees gave him what they wanted (his Agent and him) and got him... Schilling has no agent if I remember...

Different people have different goals... I guess Shilling just wanted to feel what it was like to be a Sox, or show Sox fan what it could be like?! Sox are thinking about R Johnson... and so are Yankees. IF he goes to the east coast at all he had eluded to the fact that the Clam Chower was better in Boston talking about the subject.
I think he's a West Coast man... but what a dream that would be!

So, you've had one job all your life? Oh, wait... you are 12.
As for your other post, are you not a fan of Baseball? So why do you like the Yankees? If you don't like the sport, why like any team?

[b]Edit! Try as they might, Sox held on to win 8-7 in the 10th inning. They had a 6 run lead at 7-1 earlier in the game! Johnny Damon ge ...[text shortened]... ld... beating the throw with a face-flop slide beating the tag by less than a second.

I don't think baseball is stupid. I think the way you guys are so competitive is stupid. Its a game. I like the yankees because 1) my mom was born in new york, 2) because i want to move to new york when i'm older, 3) I live in a town where if you come from a city you're a worthless yankee, as they call me.
I really haven't been able to watch much lately though. I have been really busy.

I am a fan of all baseball, I just like Sox most... and root for any team going against the Yankees at the time. I like the history of it, and how it is played.... if anyone says baseball is boring... they probably say the same thing about chess. There is a lot more thinking involved in the game than most notice.
Other than that, on top of Chess and Baseball... I enjoy watching paint dry and grass grow!
