Moderator Random Ban of the week game

Saw this posted elsewhere and wondered if anyone has been a lucky winner.

while he said it was 'random' he didn't mention that there was in fact only 1 name thrown into the hat, he also didn't say that it wasn't a weekly game but just when they wanted some lulz. usually once a month or so.

Do mods have a limited number of available bans every 30 days or is that just for recs?
