For the life of me, I cannot see what one would get out of using multiple accounts. You can play the fake account and get your rating up a few points? Come on. Engines too - why? You can play a game well or poorly, but you at least know the game's your own. With an engine - you can't even take pride in the win. I don't get it.

I've seen name-calling, I've been called racial slurs, I've had veiled death threats via PM, I've been told to f--k off during a game, I've been told nasty things about my mother in certain compromising positions with wild animals, etc., etc.
I've got to know what this guy did.
