Things like celebrity, popularity and success shouldn't factor into who's the most beautiful. If one woman only appeared in a commercial, and the other is a Grammy-winning singer who is also nominated for an Oscar in critically-acclaimed blockbuster, the success of one shouldn't give an advantage over the other one, as far who's more beautiful.
This list is also dependent on who they can strike a deal with as far as letting themselves be used in that publication.
Look at #8, for example: there's no way this woman is in the same league as the one in the OP.
Selma Hayek is definitely hot; in fact, she's way hotter than the woman I originally posted. However, I don't think she's prettier, and there's a difference. For example, Taylor Swift is prettier than Kim Kardashian, but not sexier.
