Well I used to think the Savoy Hotel in London did the best food, though with a dull atmosphere until I found Bagatelle in Oslo. The food is usually top notch though the service is overly fussy,
Honour must also be give to Le Pont de la Tour by Tower Bridge in London. Food is nearly great but the atmosphere takes it that one step further.
