Muddy Waters was awesome, I actually learned a little bit after I got guitar down real well, wasn't the same enjoyment level.

The mouth harp is diffrent than the harmonica. Mouth harp was also known as a jews harp. They make the Boing-boing-Boing sound

The Jew's harp is known world-wide by many different names, depending on the country of origin.
Some examples are:

England - Gewgaw
Germany - Maultrommel (which means mouth drum)
Japan - Koukin
Russia - Vargan
Siberia - Khomus
Philippines - Kumbing and kubing
Italy - Scacciapensieri
Norway - munnharpa or munnharpe
France - guimbarde
Bali - genggong

Taken from Wiki:
The Jew's harp, jaw harp or mouth harp is thought to be one of the oldest musical instruments in the world; a musician apparently playing it can be seen in a Chinese drawing from the 3rd century BCE [1]. It is also sometimes called a jew's trump or juice harp, among other names, and has no particular connection with Judaism.

I'll be damned! I learned something. I always thought it was a juice harp. Seriously.

"Gob drum" would be a better translation, I think.

It seems that you are right, too. From the Wikipedia article: "It is also sometimes called a jew's trump or juice harp, among other names, and has no particular connection with Judaism."

I thought it was actually termed a jaw harp now.
