    Yes, but they can't be timed out while on vacation, which could be up to 36 days a year.

    Players on vacation are free to move if and when they so choose.

    Their clock works exactly the same regardless of whether they're on vacation or not.
    The only thing the vacation setting does is protects them from being timed out if they use up all of their time.

    In other words, if they zero out on time out and time bank, you will not be able to click the skull until the vacation status is cleared or expired.
    If they move just before it clears, they will reset their timeout period, but the time bank will remain on zero.

    I hope that helps clear it up.
