she is back in as of yesterday. The judge was so pissed about the sheriff letting her out, that he threatened to hold the sheriff in contempt of court if she wasn't immediately taken back into custody. Then he revoked her shortened 23 day sentence and said she must serve the entire 45 day sentence.
