multiple ids

I'd like to set up another id, so that another member of my family
can play - we certainly neither of us will boost rating by playing each
other, but I don't want anyone out there to be offended or anything -
any suggestions on how to go about this ?

Just do it, no one will mind even if you play each other a few times.

People seem to get upset when there are games that are obviously
rigged - 200 copies of identical games, each mate in half a move will
prompt some flaming, but if the games are real it will be obvious
enough (few people can be bothered to cheat over a period of a
couple of weeks, one or two games a time)

i fully agree. just do it! now that someone finds at last good reason. and rest assured, there are enough specialists around that will be
able and more than willing to testify that you and your son are not identical......

thanks for the good words - we'll do it. Both of us play way, way too
fast and this method should certainly slow us down.

oh yes, you are quite safe, this pair of experts will be able to tell you
are not your son, just from your chess moves. Oh and if they are in
doubt, you can always come put a small post in here, then they will be
positive. After all, they have had intensive criminal training in this
area and can tell, wow, what a surprise, Im also a man, lol,. xxxx ;>

Don't forget the other couple that him and her are crime fighters
also...these experts will perform a handwriting, typing and sentence
structure analysis.

Of course all tests are objective and will determine what you ate for
breakfast, the nutrition value of the breakfast, if you drank a cup of
coffee, how many sips it took to drink the coffee and how many bites
to consume your meal, caffeinated or decaf, and if it was served in
Royal Doulton or Bellek china.

All is considered work, health, education, number of sexual conquests,
sexual gender&preference, income, maritial status, living situation,
and whether you own a cat or dog or exotic pet(s), along with your
chess skills.

Be prepared to answer all questions for you will be cross examined
and all legal counsel will consult and inform the Forum of the results
of their findings. The Forum will act as judge and jury.

P.S. You will be expected to give written answers of the following
items: What is the Petroff? What is the French Advance? Also what
are the Queens and Kings Gambit? Who is Bobby Fisher? What is
annotation?
While this obviously doesn't even come close to covering all aspects of
chess, it will be in your best intrest to answer every question correctly.

For if the Forum finds you guilty as charged they will give a lighter
punishment and the men/women in the ~bighouse~ will respect you
more. Get you things you would want~, of course, after playing rounds
of chess with 'em, two rounds black n' white, etc. 😉
