    What part of Phoenix do you live? I used to live in Scottsdale close to 'hole in the rock' if you know that landmark. Near what used to be the Los Arcos Mall, long gone now.

    BTW, wife out of hospital finally, I curtailed posts here for a couple of weeks.

    My BMI's still under 20, but as I add muscle mass, it keeps creeping up. Kind of ironic.

    Yeah, yeah, I live really close to the red rocks on McDowell. About a mile and a half north of the zoo. Scottsdale has really become "bike friendly" in the last few years.

    My BMI is around 21 - going to start looking at building more muscle at some point rather than just cardio. So like you I expect it might creep up.

    But what kind of beats per minute are you looking for?

    I did a compilation for someone once only to be told it was 15-20 bpm too slow.
