my computer is making mouse clicking sounds?

when i have my computer on it constantly makes mouse clicking sounds, when im not even clicking the mouse!

what is this? is their anything i can do to get rid of it?

this could be a fan issue, too much crud in it so the spinning jams, i would opening it up and take a peek at them, just be careful of the one on the cpu.
