Try a few of the finger positions. Not all. Choose at random, maybe bar 4, bar 12, bar 8 etc. Just a few new finger positions, and even not necessarily chords.
You will hear some you like, some that you think abhorrent.
Choose them at will, as you like. Mix them with what you already know - AND - soon you will be creating new pieces of your own, unlike the ones you have been doing. Give it a go. 😉
