I think this was the "diagonal" method that bbarr and sintubin alluded to in
another post. Maybe they will clarify. Been way too long ago for me. I just
remember the pain to my brain, not the results. :>

Just out of curiosity, do you guys ever screw up your checking account
balance? Kirk

Never a problem, since my infinitely negative balance means there is never any
reason to record transactions. No matter how much or how often I make a
deposit, I always have less than nothing in the bank.
