Myspace has 2 uses.

1.To show off bands - this was the original concept right? So this is what it should be used for.

2.For teenage girls to show other people that they drink and go to parties - which is why what you've just done is lame.

i like the band advertising on my space. Alot of bands post there albums on it before they are released which gives me a chance to listen to them before I make a purchase. Its also a good way to discover some new music thats out there that other wise I wouldnt hear. What I do is keep my profile blank and use it purely for music searching.

What is most ridiculous about myspace though is that Tom, as standard, is amongst your friends' list. As very few people would remove Tom, just about everyone on myspace is in your extended network!

Seems like Tom didn't really think this through properly. 😛

It also tells you that everyone is in your extended network if you haven't registered.

MYSpace was a big hit last year. Only reason I went to it though was to see Mokko's cool post. 😵

But it's old stuff now and becoming obsolete.

It became uncool shortly after I deleted my account 😛

I have used it for; my profile: met my girlfriend on there
my work profile: to showcase my work
uni art project profile: to get people involved in the art project I posted on here a while ago, and that's going well on there.

Myspace is good for a few things 😉
