I'll see something strange like a person walk in the room, or the room has no ceiling... or my car is now in the bedroom with me and it freaks me out and I wake up. Sometimes I'm able to stay asleep long enough to get out of bed and walk around, but the more I realize I'm asleep the easier it is to just wake up from the nap.
Eventually, I do end up passing out for 2 or 3 hours. I hate the 1 hour nap... I'm messed up for the day if the nap is not long enough.
