I agree with the sentiment, but why leave it there ?

Never forget :

The millions of dispossessed Palestinians living in exile or under the harsh conditions of Israeli occupation.

The thousands who died in the recent wars in Afghanistan and Iraq - wars that had nothing to do with making the world a safer or a more peaceful place.

The Afghans and Iraqis who are still dying every day in their own countries, forgotten by the world's media and by their so-called liberators.

The countless millions of adults and children in sub Saharan Africa whose lives are blighted and taken away by the AIDS virus every year.

The countless millions of children who die before the age of five every year because of the lack of adequate healthcare in many countries (including the US).

There is much in this world of ours to grieve, to be compassionate about, and to be angry about, my friend.

Yes we should never forget thouse (exept the war wasnt for no reason and the people of Iraq and Afghanistan are living alot better life then before) but we remebers all of them almost every day

but this thread is dedicated to those Barve Police and Firefighters, the people in the Airplanes, the Towers, the Pentegon, and all of the family and friends of those who died on this day two years ago.

I'm sorry if I sound rude, its not meant too.

"if we had a minutes silence for every disaster that had ever happened, we'd never speak!" (my regie teacher when asked if we'd have a minutes silence today).

twice has the USA been attacked on home soil. but does anyone still remember those killed in perl harbour? sure, they weren't civilians, but they were unsuspecting. neither really stood a chance...just though it'd say my peice, and that i'm praying for the families etc

May all of those responsible be caught and/or killed. May all the families of the victims and families of the troops killed and injured in the war find solice and peace.

Never say that again! The Israelis do not want war. They want peace.
But when a Palestinian walks onto a bus and decides to blow it up the Israelis have no choice. The Israelis are also guarding Palestinian children guaranteeing their safety.

Israel is basically a theocracy run by fundamentalist hardliners with little respect for human life, just like all of the fundamentalist Muslim states the US so opposes.

I would like to offer my sympathy for all victims of any violence, anywhere, anytime. :'(

LOL. Neither side wants peace mate. They put on a show for the world community but at this point they just want to see the other side hurt as much as possible.
