Haven't sussed it out yet - it just sounds a bit unlikely that a vice president of the US would be stupid enough to accidently plug one of his shooting pals.........err wait a minute, maybe I'll have to rethink that.

http://www.statesman.com/news/content/news/stories/local/01/28harry.html OK read this and it mighty help explain the "accident". That is if you like a good conspiracy. Austin Texas is Bush's old stomping grounds during his days as Governors. This is the attorney that was shot. From what I hear this wasn't Cheneys friend but a friend to the woman who owned the land that Cheney was hunting on.

Do you think eminent domain is a frivolous law suite? If land you owned was taken from you, would you fight to try to keep it? And if you won it back would you try to keep what was built on it while it was illegally stolen and still pending trial? I would do what I could to get it back. If I still wanted it. The government is still trying to take him to Court again after a six years of battles. The government deserves to lose the parking garage and the profits it made from it while building on property it had seized without the proper legal process. And the government didn't follow the law. Now if this attorney/owner was threatened and intimidated in a hunting accident. I think he deserves more. Even if it is claimed to be an accident. I don't know if it was or not, but why did the article I posted earlier disappear if there isn't at least some truth to it?.
