This company called SPI in Georgia, US, found malicious Javascript code that can bypass firewalls and to remove it as a threat can mean you lose web java based functionality.

Firefox does not use or allow Javascript? If so, what does that do the functionality of sites you visit that requires it? You just don't go to those sites?

I can choose to allow or disallow on a per site basis. However, even with the site allowed the proof of concept still fails.
