I don't know if anyone here had heard about the troubles we had with our neighbors across the street, our son V Ryan, same age kids,
Jonathan 'stole' Ryans gf, bad blood for a long time, and other stuff,
Ryans mom is documented calling Jonathan Nigger, go back to the
Ghetto where you belong, on several occasions. So Ryan goes by
Jonathan at a local A Plus store, in front of a witness, goes,
Fcuk You Nigger, Jonathan goes after him, catches him by the bridge over our local river, the Lehigh, does not hit, shove, slap or anything
like that but takes Ryan's glasses off and throws them in the river.
Ryan calls Daddy and within 4 minutes, Daddy Cosman and wife,
drive the jeep and find jonathan, hits jonathan with the jeep, knocking
him off his bicycle, gets out of the car, attacks jonathan physically
and then Ryan and his younger brother join in the attack while
mom is doing her usual thing, fcuk you nigger, how do you like being
called nigger, yada yada yada, so it just happened this former
pal of jonathans happens by on foot, jumps on cosman sr, pulls him
off jonathan and and cosman then goes after Chris, also a HS kid.
About that time the cops show, and shortly after that I show and the
cops file ethnic intimidation charges against the wife and simple
assault and reckless driving against the husband.
Well we just went to a preliminary hearing, where the judge and DA
decide if the charges are to be held over for a real trial.
I got a chance to talk to the DA before hand, had photos to show
damage to Jonathans back from that bastid and she interviewed two
of the witnesses and then proceeded to UP the charges against the
cosmans to Agravated assault, a felony and the other charges stuck
also. So we won this round, of course only a prelim hearing but at least now if any plea bargaining is down its from a felony not from
a misdemeaner as before. Their lawyer tried to intimidate Jonathan
on the witness stand but our son held firm to his story and then the
lawyer tried to intimitate the JUDGE, a newly elected one, which
did not sit well with said judge! So now the COSMANS can have some
sleepless nights now instead of us! YEAAAH. Sorry for the long post,
its more complicated than even what I wrote but it would be 6 pages to
go over everything in total detail!

family its ok to attack dark skinned kids? The sad part showing how
stupid these people are, we adopted the twins, Jonathan and Andrew,
identical twins, they were born cocaine addicted from their prostitute
mom and suffered all their life from reading disability and andrew from
cerebral palsey. The thing is they are not black. They are HISPANIC.

Wow, that sucks man. PA has the highest rate per capita of hate group membership. Heck, I'm thinking of starting one.

They will most likely plead down to a misdemeaner but even at that
if they ever so much as LOOK at Jonathan sideways or make
racial slurs they will be in deep doodoo and I will make sure of that.
I stongly suspect them to be either skinheads in disguise or KKK'ers
or out and out Nazi's, they moved to our town which happens to be
about 80 miles north of Philly, from philly and I now strongly suspect
because they wanted to get away from the black population there and
so settled into what they thought was a cracker town.

You aren't too far from Reading and Allentown are you? Reading especially is a very racist area. I used to do business with some affiliated types up there. That being said, I can see something like this happening if it is the same area. I swear to god there is something in the water in Reading. I would say the crazyness of the skins in Reading made me straighten up my life a bit.

I'm abhorred even though I hear these sorts of stories all the time. I'm glad to hear that you went through the law, the primitive approach of violence begets violence would have done nothing for our future. With each indictment, with each sentence, we get closer and closer to the end of racial violence. Stay strong and firm and calm, try to set a good example of compassionate understanding for your boys, let them grow to be enlightened men who can change the world for the better, not the bitter.

boys, even when given racial slurs, Jonathan did not hit, punch, shove
or in any way touch Ryan, instead vented his anger on the kids
glasses. It could have easily turned into a knife fight or something.
